- Time zone. UTC+8 (China). If you write on a US Friday evening, expect a reply on Monday your time.
- Language. English and Chinese both work.

- Bugs (please include a screenshot or the URL if possible)
- A redesign that failed and you got charged for anyway
- Feature requests
- Anything else that’s on your mind about the product

What we can’t help with
We’re a redesign tool, not a design service. We can’t tell you which sofa to buy, source materials for a renovation, or connect you with a contractor. If a redesign inspired a purchase and something went wrong with that purchase — that conversation belongs with the seller, not with us.
