Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at ai-interior.ai and the AI-powered room redesign service offered on it (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Interior lets you upload a photo of a room and receive an AI-generated redesign. The Service is delivered instantly through your web browser after each generation. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

The Service is currently in public beta. Features, quality, and availability may change without notice.

You can try the Service without an account subject to a free trial limit. To purchase or use paid credits you must sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of the account linked to your Google sign-in and for all activity that happens under it.

Paid usage is delivered as credit packs (currently Starter, Pro, and Studio). One credit equals one AI redesign generation. Credits are non-transferable, do not expire on a fixed schedule, and are not a stored-value currency or refundable balance.

Payment is processed by our payment provider (Creem). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes that may apply to you. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions.

Credit packs are final sale and non-refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is restored automatically — you never pay for something that didn’t work. Full details in our Refund Policy. A generous free tier — unlimited redesigns on our sample rooms, plus one free redesign of your own photo (and one more after signing in) — lets you validate the product before any purchase.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload photos of minors, of people without their permission, or any sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
• upload material you do not have the rights to (including copyrighted photography or copyrighted architectural work);
• attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or wrap the Service as your own product without written permission;
• bypass the trial limit, spam the system, or interfere with the infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process those photos and pass them to the AI models we use for the sole purpose of producing your redesign, and to keep them in short-term storage for that purpose.

Redesigns generated for you are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the acceptable-use rules above and to the underlying AI provider’s terms. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright registration in every jurisdiction.

We use third-party infrastructure to run the Service, including our AI provider (Kie.ai), hosting (Vercel), storage (Vercel Blob and Neon Postgres), rate limiting (Upstash), authentication (Google), and payments (Creem). Their handling of your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Redesigns are generated by a machine-learning model and may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or elements that do not match your original room. Do not rely on a redesign as a construction plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be handled in the courts of Ningbo.
