Refund Policy

Credit packs are final sale. Once purchased, credits are not refundable. The one exception is simple: if a generation fails on our side, the credit is restored automatically — you never pay for something that didn’t work.

Each AI redesign triggers a real per-call cost with our AI provider at the moment you press generate. Every credit you purchase reserves the compute needed to run a redesign. Because that compute is on standby the moment you check out, credits behave like digital goods — comparable to how prepaid packs work at Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe’s generative products — and are treated as consumed at the point of sale.

We keep prices low precisely because we don’t need to price refund losses into everyone else’s pack.

You never have to guess whether AI Interior works for you. Every visitor can:

• Redesign our sample rooms as many times as you like, in every style and every intensity — completely free, no credit consumed.
• Upload one of your own photos and generate a redesign — free, no account needed.
• Sign in with Google and unlock one more free redesign of your own photo.

If the free tier doesn’t convince you, please do not purchase. We would rather you keep exploring than end up with a pack you regret.

We restore a credit — automatically wherever we can, manually on request — in these cases:

• The AI provider returned an error and the redesign never produced an image.
• The result came back clearly broken (corrupted image, blank output, obvious rendering failure).
• You were charged for the same generation twice due to a system bug.

For anything in that list that didn’t auto-restore, email us at 1987lu.dream2023@gmail.com with your account email and the timestamp of the failed redesign.

If you were charged in error — a duplicate purchase, a plan you never intended to buy, or a payment you don’t recognize — write us before opening a chargeback. We can usually resolve those directly and faster than a bank dispute would.

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of the account associated with the purchase and forfeiture of any remaining credits. Please email us — a solo human on the other end will read it.
